Our knowledgeable bankruptcy department specializes in the administration of creditor claims and the enforcement of creditor rights in bankruptcy proceedings. First and foremost our firm adheres to The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) (15 USC 1692 et seq.), which became effective in March 1978. Our collection department specializes in the efficient statewide administration of creditor claims, and the enforcement of creditor rights in movable property, and the collection of balances due on promissory notes, open accounts, auto, and other eficiency balances. Our team of qualified collectors performs all collection activities including debt analysis, background verification, skip-tracing, pre-litigation collection, litigation, wage garnishment and property attachment.

From refinances to REO end-to-end loans, The Title Centre, LLC is an entity dedicated to providing efficient and complete services in the execution of all types of loan closings.
Repossession/Replevin
Our repossession/replevin department has decades of experience navigating Louisiana’s civil law repossession system. Our attorneys have the technical experience required to obtain an effective writ of replevin in an effort to help clients recover their collateral. In addition, we also have experience in bringing deficiency motions after the collateral is subsequently sold, should a deficiency remain.
